We roast for shift work. For the pager that goes off at midnight. For the blue team, the SRE on call, the founder debugging in production. No syrupy blends, no seasonal gimmicks — just coffee built to keep you sharp through a long incident.

Every batch is roasted in small runs and shipped within 48 hours. We'd rather sell out than sit on stale beans.
